Our PTEN Digital Performance Center delivers leading solutions that enable more productive, efficient and cost-effective operations. This remote operations center helps to integrate activities across the full scope of the wellsite – including cementing, hydraulic fracturing, wireline and coiled tubing.

Under the close watch of our centralized digital engineering team, PTEN Digital Performance Center operations provide 24/7, real-time digital support. Our dedicated experts offer hands-on guidance to elevate operational performance and make record keeping processes more transparent and accurate. This data-driven operations support improves every decision we make – both on and off location. For example, since deploying the PTEN Digital Performance Center, we’ve reduced NPT in our fracturing operations by 32% to date.

Logistics Control Tower: The future of logistics and supply chain.

The NexHub Logistics Control Tower is the most efficient procurement and logistics system in the business. Centralized job monitoring and access to real-time data enable our logistics engineers to manage vendors more efficiently, streamline routing, decrease trucks on the road, and reduce costs while increasing productivity in the last mile. Compared to managing their own logistics, our Control Tower solutions have helped NexTier customers reduce wait time at the wellsite an average of 96%.

Equipment Health Monitoring: More pumping. Less maintenance.

We leverage machine learning to optimize maintenance cycles in the frac field. Dedicated equipment health technicians manage these predictive processes to minimize costly downtime and keep our crews pumping. Combining our exclusive maintenance platform with proprietary MDT controls and software, we can now achieve 225% as many pumping hours between failures (compared to field-driven maintenance programs).
